bolsover Desert adventure for 30 teenagers

A group of 30 north Derbyshire pupils travelled to the African nation of Namibia to help rebuild a primary school playground.

The youngsters from Bolsover spent eight days on the project before taking on a three day trek across the Namib Desert, the world’s oldest. They also introduced local pupils to the basics of touch rugby.
