Joseph, from Tunwell Drive, Parson Cross, is one of four youngsters who have been shortlisted for the honour.

He entered the BT Sport competition by submitting a video of himself presenting a news report based on this year’s FA Cup and commentary by anchor Jake Humphrey.

Joseph will attend a judging day at BT Sport’s studios at London’s Olympic Park, where he will be given commentating tips by Jake himself before recording a piece to camera of his own.

Joseph said: “It is the ultimate dream - my dream job is a football broadcaster.
“Huge thanks to family and friends and, hopefully, I’ll be covering the Blades!”
