THE wildflower meadows at Manor Lodge were in full bloom for visitors to the flower festival and open day of social enterprise Green Estate.
Visitors last Saturday saw a range of attractions on the site, which stretches from the Tudor Turret House to the farm, off Manor Lane.
Activities included willow weaving, wood turning, well dressing, classic cars, craft stalls and an appearance by heavy horse Big Lad.
There was also the chance to check progress on the conversion of old farm cottages into a World War II museum and craft centre.
“We had a few downpours but it was a really good day,” said Manor Oaks Farm supervisor Lian Noriega-Waite.
