A CONSULTANT at Sheffield Children’s Hospital who has spent 22 years helping children with lung problems is taking a healthcare post in the Maldives.
Dr Rob Primhak, aged 57, founded the hospital’s first respiratory clinic and is renowned across the world for his training, research and practice in respiratory paediatrics.
“I’m proud of the things I’ve started off both locally and nationally,” said Dr Primhak, who previously worked in Toronto, Auckland and Papua New Guinea.
“I’ve decided to move on now before I retire to begin a new challenge before the end of my career.”
