Her recipe is just one of many from sporting stars to be included in a book by two Sheffield schoolgirls.
“As it is an Olympic year, we are honoured that people like Jessica Ennis have taken time out of their busy training schedules to help us,” said Nicole Vasey, 14.
She and classmate Michelle Village, both students at Sheffield High School, created the recipe book as part of the Big Challenge, a young enterprise competition designed to nurture business skills.
They were given £25 as a start-up fee and now plan to make a profit by selling the book.
Other sporting contributors include Paralympian Kevin Hayes, diver Monique Galdding and runner Peter Elliott.
There are also recipes from Our Cow Molly dair, chocolate shop Cocoa and restaurants Silversmiths, Nonnas and the Old Vicarage. They range from aloo gobi and roasted fillet of seabass to Black Forest gateau hot chocolate.
