Kylie returns

Kylie will be bringing her to Kiss Me Once Tour to the Motorpoint Arena in Sheffield on Thursday, November 13.

This will be Kylie’s first return to the Motorpoint Arena since she performed two sell out shows in Sheffield on her Fever Tour back in 2002.

Nimmo Brothers play at Greystones

Stevie Nimmo’s highly-anticipated power trio, The Stevie Nimmo Power Trio, play in Sheffiel this Friday. The trio fuse blues, rock and roots and have been cultivating a cult following for more than 15 years.

Music in the Gardens

This year will be Music in the Gardens’ ninth anniversary - an event marked by a host of acts on the bill.

Among them are Sheffield’s electro meastros, Heaven 17, who will be playing a range of hits, including Temptation and material from their landmark album, Penthouse and Pavement.

Also performing at Music in the Gardens are the Sheffield Philharmonic Orchestra, who will share the stage with one of Sheffield’s oldest and most celebrated brass bands, Unite the Union - made famous for their appearance in local blockbuster The Full Monty.

South African a capella group Ladysmith Black Mambazo are also part of the show and will close the series with support from Dore Male Voice Choir.

Proceeds of the event, organised by Sheffield and District Rotary Clubs, will help a host of charities including: CRY, Start-a-Heart 24:7, St Wilfrid’s, The Soldier’s Charity, Cavendish Cancer Care, Lost Chord, Bluebell wood and Cystic Fibrosis.

Music in the Gardens runs from July 17 to 19.
