THERE are a million reasons to celebrate the approach of spring!

Organisers of this year’s snowdrop festival at Brodsworth Hall, Doncaster, reckon they have broken all their own records this year by reaching the seven figure mark for the total number of flowers.

A carpet of white will await visitors as the fruits of several years’ planting of snowdrop bulbs finally take the number of flowers over one million.

n The gardens and tea room are open every weekend throughout the winter, from 10am to 4pm and are open daily during half term.
