Aldi recruting 30 new staff members in South Yorkshire

The announcement comes a year after the centre opened, which has continued to create significant employment opportunities for people in the local area. Aldi’s night Selectors are required to ‘pick’ stock from the Warehouse for a specific store and load onto a pallet for the Driver to collect and put on the lorry. The role comes with the responsibility of ensuring all stock is kept safe and secure, and all paperwork is kept accurate and up to date.

Aldi’s Warehouse Logistics Assistants are responsible for ensuring that the centre is kept clean, efficient and working correctly and can involve operating forklift trucks, loading stock onto vehicles or organising pallets and crates. Aldi is looking for people with an eye for detail for this varied role, to support in the smooth running of the warehouse. The role is available for night contracts and comes with a competitive salary of £9.91.
