BREAKING: Murder squad police name girl who was stabbed to death

A SOUTH Yorkshire schoolgirl who was stabbed to death has been named today by police as 13-year-old Casey Kearney.
A murder investigation is underway after the tragedy at Elmfield Park, in Doncaster.
The girl died last night after being assaulted yesterday afternoon, around 1.18pm.
The whole of the park was sealed off and it remained sealed as scenes of crimes officers carried out their work today.
Officers were guarding every entrance this morning.
A woman, aged 26, was being questioned by police over the incident last night.
Police held a press conference at the scene this afternoon and appealed for anyone with information to call 101 and quote incident 438 of February 14 - or call crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
