It will include an appearance from renowned singer Susan St Nicholas.

Susan’s repertoire includes classic songs from the fifties and sixties.

She has previously wowed audiences at venues across Sheffield during her one-woman tribute show to the singer and movie star Doris Day.

Sandra Barley, The Moor’s retailer liaison manager, urged anyone who fancies a dance or simply to enjoy some live entertainment to come along.

She added: “The tea parties are a really great event and we’ve been amazed at just how many people get involved with the fun - it really is a fantastic atmosphere.”

Held in the cafe area of the market, the event is aimed at older, lonely and socially isolated people and is an opportunity to relax, socialise and even make new friends.

Places at the tea parties are limited and to book a free place contact Sandra on 0770 220 8533.
