In this podcast, the second in a new series on the Telegraph website, Martin Loxley, partner and head of family law at Irwin Mitchell Sheffield, outlines the pros and cons of prenups.
Loxley advices on how to make a pre-marital agreement as effective as possible in England, where the agreements are not legally binding. He also looks at why Wayne Rooney and Coleen McLoughlin did not sign one.
