Loxley's Law Podcast: Legal aid
Even with empty pockets there is a way to get legal advice and representation. Martin Loxley explains.
"Legal aid is effectivly funding for legal advice and reprecentation, in certain cases including family matters," said Martin Loxley, partner and head of family law at Irwin Mitchell in Sheffield, in a Telegraph law podcast.
Loxley continued:
"It's based on two main points. First of all you have to have financial eligbility.
"The second element is: You've got to satisfy that your case is worthy of having the benefit of legal aid.
