DETECTIVES want to speak to these men in connection with an attack which left another man with a fractured jaw and head injuries.

The victim, aged 21, was with a group of friends when they were approached by another group and violence flared.

The attacker left in a taxi after the assault on Corporation Street in Chesterfield town centre in the early hours of Friday, December 30.

The two men police want to speak to are described as white with short, dark hair.

One of the men was wearing pale trousers, a pale coloured jacket and a red T-shirt.

The other suspect was wearing dark trousers and a white and grey top.
