Police in Sheffield hunt thieves and burglars

Thieves and burglars targeted vans and homes in a night of crime in Sheffield.

Today, South Yorkshire Police said officers are investigating a spate of offences over the last 24 hours, including a number of vans which were broken into for tools left inside,

Thieves struck at Darfield Avenue, Owlthorpe; Halfway Drive, Halfway; Meadow Gate Avenue, in Sothall; Sandy Acres Drive, Waterthorpe and Wychwood Croft, Beighton.

Homes were broken into in Charnock View Road , Gleadless; Arnold Avenue, Charnock; Richmond Park Road, Richmond and Driver Street, Woodhouse.
