A salsa spectacular event had people shimmying, twisting and turning in Leopold Square in Sheffield last night.
The arrival of Cubana in Leopold Square secured the return of the popular Salsa In The Square festival, which provided ten hours of free entertainment.
One of the biggest draws to the event was Son Tropical, a fresh and exciting salsa band led by Cuban artist Kiki Sire.
As well as live music, the crowds enjoyed lively salsa lessons plus belly dancing and martial arts performances.
Adrian Bagnoli, co-owner of Cubana, said: “Live outdoor salsa is a rare commodity in the UK so it’s really great to be able to promote it here in Sheffield.”
