ESTATE agents in Sheffield are celebrating a top award.

Haybrook Crystal Peaks was named the top performing branch within the Spicerhaart group.

It beat off competition from some 200 branches around the UK to scoop the top prize at a special ceremony in London.

Spicerhaart, the UK’s largest independent estate agency group, was founded more than 20 years ago.

Today, its 200-strong network of branches encompasses six estate agency brands, including Haybrook.

Branch manager Annette Kerrigan, who has worked at the branch in Peak Square for more than eight years, received her award from comedian Jimmy Carr and Spicerhaart chief executive Paul Smith in front of more than 600 colleagues at the black tie event.

She said: “It’s great to be recognised by the company for the work we do in Crystal Peaks.”
