FOUR Sheffield Hallam University students are preparing for an educational trip of a lifetime.

Three sports development students - Rachel Mowat, of Shirecliffe, Sheffield; Will Stubbs, from Nether Edge, Sheffield; and Beverly Cook, from Solihull - and one sports coaching student, Jimmy Rushworth, from Worksop, will spend eight weeks visiting schools and orphanages in Tanzania, Africa, to deliver sports education to teachers.

Rachel said: “I’m excited, but a bit scared.”

She said the quartet, all aged 19, will be helping provide teachers with extra skills in physical education.
