SOME football clubs take their fans for granted - but not Sheffield United.

When the Blades were told a group of their most loyal fans were celebrating the anniversary of United’s Disabled Supporters Club, the Bramall Lane club sent along a team of VIPs to the party - which coincided with the 50th birthday of stalwart fan Nick Tryon.

Guests at the party, held at Brunswick Gardens Retirement Village in Woodhouse, included Blades manager Danny Wilson, club captain Chris Morgan and Bramall Lane legends Tony Currie and Tony Agana.
