Fireworks will light up the Sheffield skyline this week for Bonfire Night - and here are some of the events being organised.

THURSDAY NOVEMBER 5 - ATTERCLIFFE
After Dark on the Don Valley Grass Bowl started in 1996 and is known as one of the biggest and most spectacular bonfire events in the region.
It includes live music, a funfair, bonfire, food stalls, bar at Ice Sheffield and a massive fireworks display set to music.
The bonfire is lit at 7.30pm and the fireworks begin at 9pm. The event is open from 5.30pm to 10pm.

THURSDAY NOVEMBER 5 - KELHAM ISLAND
Kelham Island’s famous Fat Cat pub is hosting a Guy Fawkes party night with a live band, barbecue and log burners in the beer garden.
No fireworks due to location.
WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 4 - OUGHTIBRIDGE
Oughtibridge Sports Club is hosting a display to mark 70 years since the end of World War Two with ‘world class’ organiser Pyro, set to classic British anthems and ‘last night of the Proms’ classics.
There will also be a live performance of the Last Post by award winning Flugel player John Leww.
Hot food and an outside bar will be available.
The display starts at 7.45pm.

THURSDAY NOVEMBER 5 - HEELEY
The Brothers Arms pub in Heeley - run by the Everly Pregnant Brothers band - has a cracking view over Sheffield to watch fireworks across the city.
The pub on Well Road is also hosting its own display, a special guest live band, hot roast pork or vegetarian sandwiches as well as parkin cake.
Fun starts at 7pm.
THURSDAY NOVEMBER 5 - RINGINGLOW
The Norfolk Arms pub in Ringinglow holds its traditional ‘Great Fire of Ringinglow’ bonfire on its back field from 6pm.
Includes an outside bar, homemade food and live music. No fireworks due to location.
FRIDAY NOVEMBER 6 - MEADOWHEAD
A ‘gigantic’ bonfire and firework display is being held at Sheffield Transport Sports Club on Greenhill Main Road in Meadowhead from 6pm until 10pm.
Fair rides, free face painting, children’s entertainment and a DJ are on offer. Hot and cold food as well as alcohol will be served.
The event is free and supported by Lowedges and Greenhill TARA and Batemoor TARA.
Spectators are asked not to take their own fireworks.
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 7 - NETHER EDGE
Organised by scouts from Sharrow’s St Andrews group, this event in Chelsea Park is always popular with families and starts at 5.15pm.
Includes fireworks and a bonfire.
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 7 - BENTS GREEN
20th Sheffield Scout Group hosts its annual bonfire and firework display at Common Lane park land from 7pm.
Hot food and refreshments will be available.
Tickets are £3 in advance or £4 on the night.
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 7 - HANDSWORTH
The Old Rectory in Handsworth is hosting a bonfire and fireworks from 5.30pm, with fireworks at 7pm.
An indoor bar, inside bouncy castle, hotdog stall and fairground rides will be included. Tickets cost £3.00.
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 7 - DORE
The party organised by Dore Scouts will be held on Parker’s Lane field off Rushley Road in Dore.
Gates will open at 6.30 pm and the bonfire will be lit at 7.15 pm.
The fireworks will start at about 7.30pm,
Food including burgers, jacket potatoes, teas, coffees and soft drinks will be on offer.
Entry £3 per head, children free.
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 7 - ABBEYDALE
Laycocks sports and family social club bonfire night, archer road, sheffield.
Please join us for our bonfire spectacular. Saturday 7th November. Entry for non members is £2 children free. See u there. Time 6: 30pm.
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 7 - DRONFIELD WOODHOUSE
‘The Great Fire of Dronfield’ on the edge of Sheffield includes a bonfire from 6pm and two sets of fireworks at 7pm and 8pm at the Dronfield Woodhouse Recreation Ground. Stalls include a barbecue, hog roast, pizza oven, curry stall, jacket potatoes and a bouncy castle as well as rides.
Adult tickets cost £5 in advance or £7 on the night.
Children £2.50 in advance or £3 on the day.
