Witness appeal after armed robbery at Sheffield supermarket

Police are hunting for a man who held up a Sheffield supermarket with a knife.

The robbery happened in High Green at about 10.45pm on November 1.

South Yorkshire Police said a man went into a supermarket and threatened workers with what is thought to have been a knife.

He took money from the supermarket before leaving towards Pack Horse Lane.

Witnesses should call 101 or e-mail enquiries@southyorks.pnn.police.uk quoting incident 1378 of November 1.
