THERE’S a buzz about this year’s Sheffield Children’s Festival – the largest festival of its kind in the UK.

One of the highlights will be Beeline, a sculpture display in the Millennium Gallery with a workshop so visitors can try sculpting.

Running from 20 June until July 10, the festival, sponsored by VINCI Construction UK, includes exhibitions, performances, workshops and family events at venues across the city. Schools have been busy rehearsing and creating artwork.

The programme is available at libraries, play centres, shops, cafes, theatres and the Winter Garden.
