IF the size of the crowd at the Sheffield Arena wasanything to go by last night Shayne Ward still has the X Factor.
Five days into his new UK tour, the winner of the X Factor TV talent show from three years ago packed out the Arena and left his fans 'breathless' - the name of his new album.
He sang his most well-known track - his debut song That's My Goal, followed by another crowd favourite No Promises.
But to get the crowd going he sang covers of contemporary hits including Amy Winehouse's version of Valerie and Timbaland's Apologise.
One of the unexpected highlights of the night was when he flew over the crowd during his rendition of Breathless.
But despite the applause he got throughout his show the crowd must have felt short changed by the backing tape playing constantly throughout the gig, meaning it was rare for him to sing an entire song without him resting his voice on the higher pitched sections.
