TEEN SHOOTING: Youth held in murder probe

DETECTIVES in Sheffield were last night questioning a 16-year-old boy on suspicion of murdering city teenager Tarek Chaiboub.
The youngster, from the Pitsmoor area of Sheffield, was arrested yesterday.

Tarek, aged 17, was shot dead in Burngreave two weeks ago today.

In a separate development, a second man, 19-year-old Javan Galloway, has been charged with a section 18 wounding offence relating to an incident on July 6 - the day Tarek was stabbed outside his home in Castledine Garden, Wincobank.Galloway, of Nottingham Street, Burngreave, was due before Sheffield Magistrates today.
