A new way of dealing with family disputes has reached the UK. Family law lawyer Martin Loxley explains.
"It's actually come over from the States. It involves each person appointing a lawyer who signs up and both the lawyer and the client sign up to an agreement that they will resolve their issues without the need for going to court," said Martin Loxley, partner and head of family law at Irwin Mitchell in Sheffield.
"Each client will have their lawyer by their side in meetings called four way meetings which takes place during the process," he continued.
