Speculation about the source of Sheffield Wednesday's takeover millions is focusing on Russia.
The identity of the 'main man' has yet to emerge. But here is one name to hit the rumour mill . . . not necessarily THE one but a man who fits the identikit of a potential club owner...

Vladimir Yevtushenkov is the 59-year-old boss of a Russian conglomerate made up of around 200 companies. He is worth billions and in 2006 was ranked 93rd in a worldwide rich list.

Yevtushenkov is married, has two children and lives in Moscow. He has Masters degrees in chemistry and economics but has made his fortune largely from the telecommunications industry. It is reported that he has a substantial stake in MTS, Russia's largest cellular carrier.

He has said that he began accumulating capital by exporting oil and importing electronic and food products in the early 1990s.

He is a former plastics engineer and his business empire is based around a group called AFK Sistema ("The System")
