KELL Brook believes his opponent’s love of money will lead to an expensive lesson for the American at Sheffield Arena on Saturday.

American Carson Jones has made no secret of the fact that he is motivated by dollar signs. In a recent interview, Jones said: “I want to to make money. Titles mean something but they don’t mean money all the time.”

Brook obviously wants to make a good living out of the sport too, not least of all to provide for his family in Grenoside.

But he told The Star: “All my life, all I have wanted to do is to fight the very best. “We all need money, but I am not driven by that, I am driven by wanting to beat the best out there. I get satisfaction out of winning titles and taking on quality opponents. And I’ll get satisfaction from beating Jones, in particular.”

The pair lock horns in an IBF world title eliminator.
