Tranmere’s Lateef Elford-Alliyu opened the floodgates when he headed in the ball from close range after an hour of play.

Four minutes later they were down to 10 men when Giles Coke was shown a red card for an unfair challenge on John Welsh.

A minute later, Ian Goodison doubled Tranmere’s score when he headed in a goal from inside the penalty area.

Enoch Showunmi piled on the pressure when he grabbed a goal from just inside the area in the 81st minute.
