ROTHERHAM United will have a new ground to play at even before they kick a competitive ball for the first time in their own New York Stadium.

They have been drawn away to Hull City in the Capital One Cup first round which will mean a first ever visit to the KC Stadium for the Millers.

It will also be the first game in charge for Hull’s new manager, Steve, Bruce who was appointed a couple of weeks ago after the Tigers parted company with Nick Barmby.

The tie, on August 14, will also bring back happy memories for Millers boss Steve Evans. He took his Crawley side to the KC Stadium last season in the fourth round of the FA Cup and a goal from Matt Tubbs gave Crawley a 1-0 win.

Rotherham have let defender Troy Brown go.
