Some like it hot ... and humid ... and rainy.

No matter, it’s home from home for Sheffield’s Golden Girl Jess Ennis as she prepares to defend her World Championships heptathlon title in South Korea in a few days time.

At the moment Jess is at a training camp in Ulsan as she counts down to Sunday and Monday when she takes part in her gruelling seven events in Daegu that will hopefully result in yet another gold medal.

She will face tough competition but she’s already tasted success at World and European level over the last two years.

“The more successful you are the more pressure comes with it but when you start winning major championships it does give you increased confidence and self belief. You’ve done it in the past and you can do it again,” said Jess.

“There will be some good competition but I feel in good shape and ready to defend my title.”
