Sheffield Wednesday boss Dave Jones is refusing to press the panic button despite their sluggish start to the season.
The Owls sit in 20th position in the Championship following their 2-2 draw with Millwall last weekend.
A late penalty from Andy Keogh means Wednesday are still searching for their first win after four matches this term.
He said: “We are a little bit short and we are trying to correct that. We have got to dig in.
“We are four games in you get the feeling that one or two are trying to cause a bit of panic around the place and there is no need to do it. I haven’t ever seen somebody win the championship after four games. We have got to dig in, stay strong and wait until we can bring in one or two reinforcements.”
