Three pointers were the order of the day for City of Sheffield Saints in their 87-77 victory at Derby Trailblazers.
They netted four in the first period and they continued in the second quarter to give Saints a 42-38 lead going into the break. Saints managed only two in the next session but three 3s and three 2s in the final period sealed a 10 point win.

Nick Cockman hit 12 points and took three rebounds as Saints opened up a 26-16 lead over Sefton Stars in the second part of their double-header at All Saints.
They stretched their lead to 49-29 going into the break and although they lost the third quarter 17-21 Saints held their nerve to take the game 83-69.

Saints travel to Nottingham Hoods on Saturday and then vface a derby showdown against Sheffield Sabres at All Saints on Sunday (2pm).
The Under-13s, 14s and 18s all face Newcastle Eagles away with the two younger age groups playing on Saturday and the U-18s on Sunday.
Saints U-16s visit Cheshire Jets on Saturday while the Under-15s meet South Yorkshire rivals Doncaster Danum at All Saints (noon).
