Has your youngster ever fancied learning how to tackle the beam, bars or vault?
If the answer is yes, why not enter our competition! A 10-week block of gymnastics coaching is up for grabs in our last Skills for Life giveaway.
Qualified coaches will teach the lucky winner a range of disciplines to help build strength and flexibility with weekly sessions to promote good posture and locomotor skills - the building blocks of coordination.
Intermediate and Advanced gymnastics develops apparatus work, including the floor, beam, bars and vault all working towards developing routines.
The free coaching block is being provided by the leisure charity, Sheffield City Trust (SCT).
It is part of SCT’s Skills for Life campaign which aims to highlight how sport can encourage the development of life skills, including confidence, leadership and communication, in children and young people.
The competition is open to new customers aged five to 11 years old. Lessons are subject to availability and must be redeemed by November 31 2015.
Lessons are available at Concord Sports Centre, Hillsborough Leisure Centre and Springs Leisure Centre.
