Here are ten things you can do today.

2 Annual Multicultural Event, wide rang
e of foods from Africa, Asia and Europe on offer along with entertainment such as Capoeira, games and dance plus host of beauty treatments on offer and the chance to see round the award winning children's centre, Ellesmere Children's Centre, Maxwell Street, Burngreave, 8am - 6pm.

3 Could You Be the Next Ray Mears?, young people aged between 11 -16 can join the PDNP Youth Ranger team to learn survival skills such as shelter building and fire lighting, 9.15am and 1.15pm, Hathersage railway station (free but booking is essential, on 01433 622 469).

4 Yoga Class, gentle postures, flows and breathing techniques in small friendly group, suit all levels of fitness, registered Yoga Instructor, Old Sharrow School, 10:45am -12 (£4, unwaged £2, Helena 2209547 / gingerearth@msn.com).

5 Women, share community allotment at Meersbrook, no experience necessary, Friday mornings (2435504).

6 Jiu-jitsu, for adults 16+, generally 1 to 1 tuition on the basis of current ability, small friendly group, track suit bottoms and T-Shirt or similar attire is fine, Brampton Parish Hall, Knollbeck Lane, Brampton Bierlow, near Rotherham), 7 - 9 pm.

7 Blues Unlimited, come and learn to play the blues, from Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee to Junior Wells and Buddy Guy with some early Rolling Stones, Sonny Boy Williamson, etc, expert tuition on hand from Jack Townsend plus in-house PA system, Cross Scythes, Totley.

8 Joseph & The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, with Craig Chalmers, Buxton Opera House, 5pm and 8pm (£14.50-£26.50).

9 Christine Collister, Marvellous singer who started recording and touring with Clive Gregson and became a member of the Richard Thompson Band. Now a solo performer with her own songs with a carefully selected choice of other people's material. The Rock@Maltby, Blyth Road, Malby, 8.30pm (£10/£8).

10 Billy Martin Jnr & Dust Road Dave on Harmonica, Riverside, Moiwbray Street, 9pm
