Polish comedy

THE Polish community will be out in force on Saturday to see comedy group Ani Mru Mru at the Montgomery Hall.
The trio, whose name translates as Don't Say a Word, are Michal Wojcik, Marcin Wojcik and Waldemar Wilkolak, whose work has been compared to comic duo Reeves and Mortimer.

Ani Mru Mru perform energetic and witty sketches showing the friendliness o
f the Polish character. They performed alongside Michael Palin during his East European travels.

The six-date UK tour has been organised by www.leeds-manchester.pl, a community service for Polish nationals living in the North of England.
Brand at City Hall

HAVING taken the US by storm with his movie debut, sold-out stand-up dates and awards night hosting, Russell Brand is back home for a UK tour which includes Sheffield City Hall on Tuesday, February 3. Tickets: £23.50.
