...is it bad for you?
Rumors has it you should stay away from eggs if you have high cholesterol.

But Ellen Furness student at Sheffield Hallam University Centre for Food, says one egg a day does not do harm.

"One egg a day for healthy, adult individual has no adverse effect. So one egg a day can actually be consumed."
