Ann-Marie Krik has the answer.
"Many people think that frozen fruits are not as nutritious as fresh, but in fact they are actually better,"said Ann-Marie Krik, student at Sheffield Hallam University Center for Food.

"Fruits and vegetables lose vitamins as soon as they are harvested from the ground, but with frozen they are processed within two hours, so they retain the vitamins and minerals."

6 tablespoons of mixed frozen fruits of the forest
250 mls pineapple juice
Blend until smooth
