Serve your family something a bit exotic tonight under instructions from Ethiopian restuarant owner Dawit Asmelash.
Most Ethiopian dishes take hours to make but Dawit, owner of the Ethiopian Restaurant on Aroundel Gate Ethio-Cubano, has a recipe that anyone should have time for.

In this video he will talk you through how to make the Ethiopian lamb dish Ye Fem Tibs.

The video is part of the Sheffield Telegraph Shef's Kitchen series where chefs from some of the city's best restaurants teach you how to cook quality food in your own kitchen.
