Smoothies are said to be good for you. But are they?
"Some smoothies have added sugar and sweeteners. And a lot of people are not aware of this," said Rachel Gordon, student at Sheffield Hallam University Centre for Food.

At the Hallam University Nutrition Fair 2008 Rachel warned people to think twice about what smoothies and fruit juices they buy.
