Who gets residence of the child after a divorce? How much maintenance will the non-resident parent have to pay?
In this podcast Martin Loxley, partner and head of family law at Irwin Mitchell Sheffield, talks us through what happens with the children when parents split up.

Loxley talks about the Children Act 1989 and how this has changed cases relating to children.

He also answers what orders a court can make in a case where children are involved, what the court will take into account, and explains how
