Youngsters from a dance school in Sheffield are preparing for the show of a lifetime at Disneyland Paris.
Dancers from the June D Gill School of Theatre Dance will travel to France in October.
June Gill, principal, said the dance school’s connection with Disney started a few years ago when Claire Rimmer, one of her students, landed the part of Snow White at Disneyland Paris.
June, who is often referred to as Miss Disney, went to Paris to watch Claire perform and, after meeting other performers, was swept up in the fairytale bubble.
When dancers were invited to audition to perform in Paris, June jumped at the chance for her girls to get involved.
She said: “Some 27 of our dancers are now jumping for joy as following a successful DVD audition, they will be performing on a Disney stage in front of an international audience at Disneyland Paris.”
