AUSTRALIAN rock trio Tracer are giving away a free song download to celebrate their UK tour debut and a gig at The Plug, Matilda Street, Sheffield, on Saturday, April 28, 2012.

The band consists of Leigh Brown, on bass and vocals, Michael Brown, on guitar and vocals, plus drummer Andre Wise.

Formed out of the ashes of blues prodigy band The Brown Brothers, in 2004, they have had two independent releases, two international tours and now a record contract under their belt.

Influences include Jimi Hendrix, Foo Fighters, Led Zeppelin, Pearl Jam, Grinspoon, Powderfinger, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Audioslave, Sound Garden and Kyuss.
