South Yorkshire stars Glenn Gregory and John Parr will join David Bowie’s band members for a unique concert in Sheffield next week - and we have tickets to be won, writes Graham Walker.

Heaven 17 frontman Glenn and of HeSt Elmo’s fire hitmaker John will help perform Bowie’s seminal album, The Man Who Sold the World, at the O2 Academy, on Thursday, September 18, 7pm to 11pm.

They will share the spotlight with the album’s producer/bass player Tony Visconti and drummer Woody Woodmansey, performing together for the first time since 1971.

Completing the line up, on saxophone and guitars, is Spandau Ballet’s Steve Norman, plus Morgan Visconti and special guest Daphne Guinness.
