X Factor singing sensation Lucy Spraggan used to buy her albums at the HMV store in Sheffield’s High Street - but she was back to launch her own, writes Graham Walker.
The 22-year-old admitted she had to pinch herself as she saw Join The Club on the shelves when she returned to the city centre store for signings and an intimate gig for fans.

More than a hundred fans queued up to meet Lucy and buy a signed copy.
And thousands more are buying it online – the album, Lucy’s first with a major record company - is already number three in the iTunes chart, ahead of the city’s Arctic Monkeys.
Lucy, from Stannington, speaking ahead of a live set she played at the back of the shop, said: “It feels a bit mad. It’s just weird.
“I had to come back here. I used to work over the road and when I wasn’t suposed to be in here I was - looking at the records. Now mine is in here.”
Lucy, who is back in the city for a full concert at Sheffield’s O2 Academy on Thursday, October 24, said fans will find a lot of familiar songs on the album, which she performed on The X Factor.
She said “There’s Beer Fear – Last Night is the name of the song. That’s on the album; so is Tea and Toast, Mountains and Lighthouse.
“The last year has been insane, but it’s nice to know that when you dedicated yourself to something, sometimes you’ll end up where you want to be.
“I want to say thank you so much to everyone in Sheffield and surrounding areas. You are the people who are keeping me very happy and I hope to see you at a show really soon.”
