Although the nightclubs that feature in this list may be gone, their memories will live on in captured photographs – much to the dismay of those who are able to spot themselves. One thing is clear, the venues and music may have changed over time, but questionable hairstyles and fashion is still around to this day.
1. Music Factory was converted from a library on London Road into a lively nightclub in 1995. The main focus at this venue was house music and you would have most likely heard, 'This Is How We Do It' by Montell Jordan. The tune spent 19 weeks at the top of the charts in 1995.

2. Josephine's - DJ Chandler at spinning out the tunes back in 1978. The track at the top of the dance charts in 1978 was Hot Shot by Karen Young.

3. Roxy's Disco- This was a venue with legendary status. The pop haven was extremely popular during the 80's and once welcomed some incredible live acts including, Kylie Minogue.

4. Heartbeat- The popular club first opened it's doors in 1960 and enjoyed success until 1979. Going back to 1960, the song at the top of the charts was "A Summer Place" by Percy Faith.
