Sheffield man appears in court charged with sexual offences including three rapes

A Sheffield man has been charged with three counts of rape, attempted rape, sexual activity with a girl aged between 13-15, and sexual assault.

Cory Thompson, aged 26, allegedly committed offences against four victims in Kirk Hallam, Ilkeston, and Derby between July 2021 and June 2022.

Thompson, of Abbeydale Road, Sheffield, was arrested in the city on June 29 and subsequently charged and remanded into police custody.

He appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates Court on June 30 and was further remanded into prison custody.
