A man was arrested after police found cannabis in his car as he was parked on a country lane in Rotherham.

PCSOs spotted a vehicle parked in Penny Hill Lane, Ulley, and found cannabis in the car.

The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drugs.

His passenger received an official police warning for possession of cannabis.

Meanwhile, police officers arrested a man after cannabis was found during a raid of a house in Ellis Street, Brinsworth, Rotherham.
