Stanage Edge left blackened by moor fire
Firefighters were called to a moor fire at Hope Valley earlier this afternoon.
The fire had lit an area of Stanage Edge, which has now been left blackened.
Derbyshire Fire and Rescue worked alongside South Yorkshire crew members to bring the blaze under control.
The fire service has thanked local game keepers for their help.
