'Batch Boys' Marc Riley and Owen Terry.

Batch Tea will unveil their crowdfunder on International Tea Day on Friday, May 21 to support the release of a new book which will offer ingenious new ways to use tea.

“It doesn’t matter where you like to buy your tea, although it’s good to make sure it’s a sustainable and ethical source, it’s about what you do with it,” said owners of Batch Tea Marc Riley and Owen Terry.

Whether its cocktails or cakes, the book offers new ways to use tea in your cooking.

March and Owen added: “Through an incredible collaborative effort with independent companies across the UK including breweries, restaurants, and candle companies, a compilation of ingenious recipes and projects to try at home are being created that we just know you’re going to fall in love with.

“Through this book you will discover an array of new ways to use tea. It doesn’t matter if you’re a baker, home cook, crafter or budding mixologist, you won't be left disappointed.”

The crowdfunder will offer a taster of what’s to come, with a special three-course fine tea-dining menu event including tea infused cocktails, incorporating recipes from the book.

Batch Tea have also created a whole host of prizes for you to support this new venture, and there’ll be something for everyone to enjoy.

Visit on Friday, May 21 to help support the project.
