Rikki Wilson-Okrasa said: "I've been a chef specialising in vegan food for just over a decade now, in the past couple of years I've particularly focused on the development of faux meat/dairy products.
“Having worked with a few vegan independents in Sheffield developing menus over the years, True North Brew Co. seemed the next logical step being both independent and open to innovation”.
Rikki was previously at The Common Room.
As the only city centre venue serving a menu that’s completely meat free, you can expect an all-day brunch, pies, kebabs, burgers, desserts, and Sunday roasts at The Old House.
