New bar opens at popular Sheffield food hall tomorrow – and you get can 10 per cent off if you visit this week
A Sheffield food destination will reopen with some new additions this week – including a brand new cocktail and wine bar offering a range of specially-designed drinks.
The team at Kommune at Castle House in the city centre are launching ARIA Bar tomorrow, May 20, adding to news that Vietnamese street food Hanoi 75 and pizza brand Proove will also premiere at the foodhall.
For anyone that is a fan of Italian cocktails, the bar will have a six-part negroni menu, offering a range of twists on the classic.
The team behind ARIA said: "ARIA is all about showcasing fine wines, the most outstanding specialist dishes created by our talented chefs and an incredible cocktail menu that celebrates the classics and explores new exciting flavours.
“The inspiration behind ARIA is to enjoy good food, good drinks and good company and that's exactly what we invite you to do.
“ARIA Bar will have a full Negroni menu that will include the classic Italian aperitif cocktail that's made up of gin, Campari and Rosso vermouth. We've developed new delicious twists on the negroni to feature on the menu too.
"We can't wait for you to see ARIA, we've been working so hard on it for so long and we're incredibly proud to launch this week.”
The head bartender has also design and developed each one to pair with the food dishes on offer.
ARIA opens tomorrow, and if you book via bookings.designmynight.com you can get 10 per cent off between tomorrow, Thursday, May 20 and Saturday, May 22.
